A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. Using a variety of instruments (such as crystal singing bowls), resonant vibrations, rhythms, and tones are created that can help balance the brain hemispheres, lower stress levels, and reduce tension in the body. This creates a peaceful harmony and an energetic space where we connect to our own innate ability to heal. Participants can sit in the sound waves and meditate or lie down and just take in the healing vibrations.
Group Sounds Baths can also be scheduled for your own group upon request.

Crystal Healing is the practice of using crystals in a therapeutic manner to treat the energetic body by placing crystals at the Chakras (energy centers) on the body.
A Chakra Crystal Healing session includes an aura assessment and guided visualization to promote mental and physical relaxation. This is followed by a clearing, charging and alignment of all the chakras (energy centers). The cleansing removes any negative, blocked, or stagnant energies that might be presenting as pain, tension, or an overall feeling of being “off.” The charging and balancing promote alignment and enhances healing and vitality on all levels – emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical.
A focused crystal layout can also be utilized to target specific challenges that are presenting either physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually. Some examples of focused work may address anxiety and stress, detoxification, healing past trauma, self-esteem, strength and courage, etc.

Transpersonal Crystal Healing combines Transpersonal Psychology and Crystal Healing to make up this profound and transformational healing modality. Transpersonal means “beyond the personality.” The Transpersonal Crystal Healing session is similar to a Chakra Healing Session with more focus on the specific nature of a condition or concern. Together, we will explore beyond the surface layer of the personality to seek out and address the root cause of the condition or concern.
The initial session will include an in-depth discussion and Chakra evaluation followed by a focused crystal layout with guided visualization targeted towards your challenge. Recommendations will be offered, and encouraged, for continued healing. Follow-up sessions will include a brief discussion/check-in and a focused crystal layout.

Based on the scientific principle that everything is energy and vibrates (including every cell in our body), Vibrational Sound Healing is a holistic health practice that uses vibration to clear and balance a person’s subtle energy system. Our bodies vibrate to a precise frequency when healthy and to a dissonant frequency when in disease or stressed. Vibrational Sound Healing uses Himalayan singing bowls to open the energy flow through your body, encouraging healthy alignment. While lying on a massage table, fully clothed, it is the client’s choice whether the bowls are placed around the body or on the front or back of the body. A combination of tones and vibrations that resonate deep into your being are used to produce a profound state of tranquility. It is like a massage for the nervous system!

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation through gentle touch (or hands just above the body) to help guide vital energy through your body. Holy Fire is a newer form of Reiki energy treatment introduced by The International Center for Reiki Healing. Part of Usui Reiki, Holy Fire energy is more refined and comes from a higher level of consciousness. This powerful but gentle energy respects free will while encouraging deep healing.

Just as relaxing and with the same positive benefits of regular meditation, active meditation is perfect for those who find it difficult to sit in silence for a period of time or for those that want to “spice” up their meditation practice. Each session will include an activity with a related guided visualization. With a focus on being present and mindful, you can achieve a meditative state while you are in motion. Join us once a month for Active Meditations such as Foot Soaking, Painting, Drumming, Mandala Making, Dream Pillows, etc.

We are located in the Madera Ranchos, CA. Just 10 minutes north of Fresno.
We hold classes and give person classes in our large front healing space in our home. Additionally some classes and group sessions may take place in back yard.
We work from a position of Love and Gratitude and feel that inducing a chemically altered state with substances is counter productive to your growth as it limits working though issues during healing. Please refrain from mind altering substances before your session.
